Mid-November already. We are getting scarily close to Christmas. Time to get my rear in gear!
There has always been a clear pattern to how I approach projects. I have loads of imagination, and get ideas from everything I see. Then I pace back and forth, and work these ideas further my head. But it always seems to take a lot of time to actually get started.
I like working with my hands, and I get a lot of satisfaction from putting my ideas into practice. Once I have gathered enough energy for it. But completing, finishing - that takes a great push. I usually get bored halfway thru my task, and my mind is already working on something new.
Surprisingly, I finished two things today. Somebody, somewhere might actually get something handmade by me this Christmas!

Tama olisi voinut olla oma postaukseni. Kaikenlaisia projekteja on koti taynna. Miten pitaa innostus ylla loppuun asti? Uudet ideat vie huomion ihan liian helposti.
Yhdyn sanskun kommenttiin, olen itse aivan samanlainen. Nyt työnalla olisi jotain myytävää joulumarkkinoille, ideoita ja materiaaleja paljon mutta itse tekeminen ihan hukassa. No eilen sentäs sain jotain aikaiseksi, kokonaiset 6 myytävää tuotetta (ovat hyvin pieniä)...
